FAQ

What is the sign-up process?

Go to the Register page and fill out the registration form. After completing and submitting the registration form, you will be directed to a confirmation page (you will not receive a confirmation email). Please follow the payment instructions on this page, we accept cash, check or you can also pay online via credit card. Once we've received your registration information, your coach will contact you via email to schedule your pre-camp consultation. You should receive this scheduling email no later than 10 days before your camp start date.

The Pre-Camp Consultation includes the following:

1. An introduction to Boot Camp and the ability to ask any questions you may have.

2. A review your medical and fitness history.

3. Assistance in setting your fitness goals and tips on how to best achieve these goals.

4. A brief walk through of some nutritional information and the ability to ask questions you may have regarding your nutrition.

5. Your coach will take a few simple body measurements to see where you are prior to beginning camp. We don't care what the measurements show. It's strictly for a post-camp comparison. These numbers and all other information will be held in the strictest confidence.

6. Your coach will record your weight and measure your body fat percentage. Again, the numbers don't matter. We just want to be able to measure your improvement. Don't be surprised if you see a 1-4% reduction in your body fat over the four weeks!

7. You will receive your Welcome Packet.

How many coaches will we have?
There will be one head coach and 1 or 2 assistant coaches at each class depending on the class size.

What if I sign up for the three or four-day plans and then want to do all more days of the camp?
After starting camp, many women realize how fun and convenient it is so they request to sign up for more days. In addition, they realize that the more days they attend camp the greater the results. In these situations, you will simply be prorated from the point you decide to join us for more days.

Will I be sore after the workouts?
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days or even the first week of camp. After that point, it generally is slight to moderate. It's part of the process that lets you improve!

What types of people go to camp?
They are people just like you. Someone who needs a little push to jump-start her fitness and wellness program or someone who wants to be pushed to the next level. Most campers have some history of exercise, but it's not required.

Is there a refund policy?

We can only give you a credit towards another boot camp if you are unable to continue with the one you began because of circumstance beyond your control. This credit is nontransferable. Credit is not given towards private training. There is no cash refund.

What is a typical day like at camp?
That's difficult to say since each day is intentionally different to alleviate boredom. You can expect: some running (less than one mile), weight training, obstacle courses, jumping rope, cardio drills and body weight training each week. On special days, we will go hill or stair climbing, running/hiking or to the track. It's always creative, and you'll always have fun! We teach you a great deal about proper form and core stability.

How much does a session cost?
